Order Form

3. For item code and details , write size if there is any choice for size

Payment Method
1.Payment can be made through CIMB and MAYBANK
2. Please settle down your payment after you receive our confirmation for the total price.
3. Account details will be given upon confirmation process.
Shipping & Handling
1. Customers need to pay for the shipment fee except for any "FREE POSTAGE" sign.
2. Shipping via poslaju.
3. You can ask for another delivery service but extra charges will be taken.
4. Postage rates is changeable according to weight of your goods.
Postage Rates :
1-2 items : RM 5 ( SEMENANJUNG ) , RM 8 ( S&S )
3-5 items : RM 7 (SEMENANJUNG ) , RM 10 ( S&S )
